Shipping & Tracking Policy

• At Captcha, we want our customer to spend their money on buying stuff they liked on our website. So don't worry about shipping charges, its on us. 
• If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product due to any reason such as customer not contactable, incomplete address, premises closed, etc and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to your bank account which will reflect within 48 hours of initiation.
• You cannot modify the shipping address once the order has been placed. 

Track your order:

• You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email, SMS, or Whatsapp notification will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account on the website by Selecting ‘Orders’ from the top right corner and then clicking on 'Track Order' for the respective Order ID.

Time taken for delivery of order:

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 7-9 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
